I parked on the side of the store lot so that I would be near where the men clothes and shoes are and and because I could check out there. Other hours of shopping went to that cashier at the entrance where I parked it was close. The only place I could check out used to walk all the way back to the front of the store wait 10 minutes in line while employees were having a problem with a customers that had a problem to get checked out then I have to walk all the way back to the rear sad to get to my vehicle. That is a very inconvenient for a 79-year-old person. I like shopping at JCPenney's I go there because it's easy to get checked out in the back so I'm going to give them a three. And hope that they have more than one cash register open more than one place to check out. Everything went wrong for me today I had to bring a return I parked on the front went to the cashier I had to walk all the way to the back of the store and do my return then I had to walk all the way to the front of the store where I hit Park get into my car drive to the side of the store parking shop go to the cashier there they were closed and then walk to the front again after checking out I had to walk back to the real parking it wasn't a very good day for me.

Went in for some new office outfits (new job!!) no one was professionally dressed or even decently dressed… young man at the jewelry counter has on a hoodie of all things and playing on his phone… need a better dress code for the type of store they are! There was one worker who looked like they took time to get ready and she was the only helpful one I could find or trust to help me pick out something appropriate for the office

I hate that Sephora is leaving, but the ladies in that section of the store are beautiful. I go in there just talk to them because they are easy on the eyes. I need to make one of them my boo thang.

Went in with my daughter to find white king size pillow shams. King size is practically no where to be found. In shams or pillow cases.

I found what I was looking for and it was on sale and I had received and coupon in the mail with another surprise percentage off the young lady at checkout was friendly polite and smiling eager to help if I needed anything else

Try to support one of the old Brands, JC Penney has always had a good selection of clothing. Seems like the cheap Chinese made goods are the most prevalent there now. American goods should be a prominent part of this American Icon store. E-commerce is eating it's market share. JC Penney needs to revamp its strategy for survival. Youth, Young Adults, Older people too want American made goods. USA made is the way to survive.

I went yesterday and the store was like sauna, it was the my first unpleasant experience at this store. I couldn’t even found what I’m looking for, and I have to go back again to get the correct size. It’s unfair for the customers and the employees to shop and work when it 100 degrees outside with no AC. Please fix this problem as soon as you can.

It’s 99 Degrees outside and the store has no AC and the workers are working in the heat and it is not a great shopping experience for me in this type of heat let alone my concern for the employees.
