Had a backpack that had a label of $29.94 it rang up 34.97 went to service desk and told them they said they would have to go by what the computer said and would not refund the difference this is crazy they treated me like I was a comman criminal for asking about the difference. Rude rude no customer service too busy trying to go on break. When I tried to call and talk to a manager the phone rang until it cut off twice.

Awfully stocked and horrible customer service…. But it is a wal mart, I really didn’t have high expectations. Any business with them is a dismal prospect that’s why I go to Kroger.

Had a oil change there against my better judgment and about a week later I lost all my oil in the driveway come to find out my drain plug and my oil filter were both not on tight and leaking it’s a good thing the truck was parked after I got it done because I’m pretty sure it would be smoked if I drove it.

Thank God for an app that will show you where to find items in the store. Employee contact with customers, in most Wal-Mart stores, is strictly forbidden.

Nice store but grocery pickup needs improvement. Don’t expect fresh stuff to be picked for you. You are lucky if your cake has two days left for the expiration date and the bread is already stale. If you do grocery delivery, they expect you to tip to compensate for their pay or they wont bother to drop off two items, 4 miles away for under $15 a tip. They say it’s free with their Walmart plus monthly that we pay for but definitely not true. The drivers expect you to pay their hourly wage on top of the monthly service fee. It’s not worth it in my opinion.

They're literally the most inconsistent with their hours, first they close at 11 and now they suddenly close at 10. I have to wake up during the night to do things and I can never even do them. I literally just went up there to return an air filter and thought that because Google said they were open until 11, that I had an hour, upon learning that I only had nine minutes to get there and get literally one thing, I immediately started to race up there to make it on time but was stopped short by a train. If I had better consistent knowledge provided by the store as to when they had closed, I would be able to react better but now I have to go without clean air and milk until I can make it up there early tomorrow.

I like this Walmart because most of employees are very helpful and welcomed. Inside the store and shelves are always clean and tidy up. Very comfortable and happy to shopping here. I recommend this Walmart!
