Brought my zero turn in to have an oil change and deck adjustment. Lady told me it would be done next week. When asked why so long, she stated there were 2 in front of me. Called them back a week later when I didn't hear from them. She told me they haven't even started on it, because one of the mowers in front of me had extra issues. I waited yet another week and called them. Again, they haven't even gotten started. There excuse this time was there were now 4 ! in front of me! Being busy is one thing, but to flat out lie and be put on the back burner is another. I picked my mower up today, and will take it elsewhere. Oh, and they store your equipment outside, in the weather without a cover. Highly disappointed. Poor customer service. Do not recommend.

Good place got a lawnmower here the only draw back is wr had to use warranty to fix it and we haven't had it even 4 months because of a defective part. Overall the employees know what they are talking about however repairs they leave the mower out in what looks like a junk yard they don't give paperwork and you have to call them after the date they said repairs would be done.

The lady of front knows absolutely nothing she can’t get a part without a model number ! I’ve been to real lawnmower shops hand them the part they say be right back boom out the door she has to look everything up takes forever won’t be back

Charges more than other locations or what you can get online. Cheap, low quality parts. Bought a spindle and it broke one of the housings. Asked to replace it, they said no. Went back and tried using other 3 housings and two of those broke. If you ask for replacement all they will tell you is, "I've been in this business 30 years and you hit something." No point in arguing with them. Better to go some place else or online.

Expensive but they do pretty good work. Only lawnmower shop around so they have the market sewed up. My only real gripe is that they are only open 4 1/2 days a week, even in the summer when you really need a quick turn around for your mower repairs.

Took an actuator to them two days ago to get unstuck. Was told they looked at it and it was completely broke. I took it home and could tell that the seal on the casing hadn't even been opened. I had it opened fixed and back on the mower WORKING in 20 minutes. I would not recommend.

Go elsewhere. Yearly checkup on mower. Was told it can take two weeks, which is fine, it's the start of mowing season. After two weeks I started to call, on a Friday, finally got some answers and my mower when I went up there. The check up, i was told when I dropped the mower off would be $100. I was shocked when it was $220. They didn't call me about any new parts they had to put on it like I was told they would when it was dropped off. New blades was the reason for the extra $120. I was told "we can put the old blades back on". I was in disbelief so I just cut my losses and got my mower and left. Check around before you go here

Crooked service. My husband called to get a price for a lawn mower service and the guy told him $100 for the motor and $45 for the hydraulics. We took it to them and later they called and asked if we wanted new blades, my husband asked what our bill was so far and it was over $300!! When my husband told the lady we were told $145 she became argumentative and refused any fault on their end. My husband used to work for John Deere and could have done the service himself for way less but $145 wasn’t so bad. $320 is RIDICULOUS.
