I hate to shop at Walmart they never have enough stock and the displayed price is not correct and some of the cashier's are rude. I hate that they put a popular product on the very top shelf out of reach. I could go on for days about what I would change about Walmart but I won't for now.

The remodeling is fine, but the excessively loud music and announcements can be a bit much for people with sensory processing disorders, for me the auditory processing was very difficult. If you have issues with this I would highly recommend headphones or earplugs to help tone down the noise. Overall, the store was fine and I cannot blame them for the lack of products I needed because I know supply chain issues and inflation are a big part of that.

Driving Spark for Walmart is the worst for the Benton and Bryant location. Long wait times, orders say ready but are not, they loose orders or the lazy workers just didn’t pick them. It really suck

Scheduled Walmart + deliveries are late. I've received expired food numerous times, missing & damaged items, etc. Associates in store are rude and if you ask for help they ignore you & run away.

My son came in to look for a game. Before he got there he called and asked if the game was available and was told it was. I told him to call back in and see if they would put one at the register that he was on the way (everyone had been sold out). He was told by Lexi in the electronics department that she would not do that (which I’ve never heard of any Walmart not doing so). He gets there and Lexi is so rude to him. Lexi if you have a problem dealing with customers no matter how young or old you don’t need to work in customer service. My son is a great kid and he loves baseball. He didn’t deserve the poor customer service you gave. Find another job Lexi bc I am not the one and I do not play about my child.

Didn't have hardly anything I needed and the store were a mess but it's still Walmart, they have more than everybody else so kind of a monopoly!

This Walmart has a good selection to choose from. Unfortunately this Walmart is almost always crowded so it can be difficult to find a parking space and sometimes you have to wait several minutes to grab your item from the shelf because of so many people in the isles .

Let me give the ultimate praise to the ladies and gents that work the pick-up department. Those guys are always slammed with car after car pulling in for their orders. It's often hot, rainy and there are 900 of us that pull in every hour. Despite this, they come up my car with a great attitude, a joke, and a smile anyways. They are fast, efficient, and I have never had an issue with a single item they've loaded I to my car. They are helpful, professional and quick. And despite how nasty my car is or how many questions my toddler asks while loading my groceries, they maintain five star ratings. Can't speak to anything inside of Walmart, except to say Silvia Wilson (I may be spelling that wrong) is also a five star employee. Every single encounter with her she has gone above and beyond.

I so rarely leave bad reviews and feel awful when I do, but this situation deserves it. We have loved the delivery service for a couple of years now, even with our orders occasionally being stolen. That being said, we will never place a grocery order with Walmart again. The store associates gave my order to the wrong person, who did not deliver it to me. I tried for over 40 minutes to call the store to resolve the issue and was left to ring or hung up on multiple times. With no other options, I called the corporate number who could only issue me a refund that would take up to 7 business days to process. That meant my grocery money was going to be tied up for almost a week. I don't know about everyone, but money is tight and I can't afford to pay for groceries multiple times. I tried calling my local store again the following day and was left to ring again until a polite lady in electronics answered. She was able to get someone to answer the phone for me only for me to be told that my order was with a different store at first, then it wasn't, then because I had called corporate and it was a "high volume day" there was nothing they could do for me. Because people did not do their jobs correctly on multiple levels and left me feeling completely disrespected, I will no longer be a Walmart shopper.
