Awful service, I came in to look at the portable baby crib and this guy Leo was servicing me but as I looked at the crib I found pieces were missing he tried to convince me it would be alright and it's safe, the other woman working there agreeed with me that the crib is unsafe and shouldn't be sold, and I think it shouldn't have been bought by the pawn shop in the first place. A child would definitely be hurt in it and Leo just wanted to sell it with no regard for safety. ~AnimeWolf

Made my first visit to Bella Vita recently, and I don’t know how I walked out with any money left in my bank account. Love the shop, the associates/owners & the precious pup! They have hand selected and curated the most wonderful collection of items. From books to art prints and handmade jewelry and trinkets they had everything I think I need to surround myself to ensure good vibes and positive thoughts! I’ll be back soon guys! I will never buy from Kay Jewelers again. The quality of their jewelry is poor. I bought an Opal pendant for my wife. The stone fell out in 3 months and was lost. I bought a tennis bracelet for my wife and daughter. Both catches broke within 2 months. Took them back, got them fixed, both broke again in less than 6 weeks. The final straw was when I paid off my charge card. $1585.79. Paid it in full as soon as I got the bill. They said it owed another $11.70 because finance charges had not been added to the bill. ??????? I argued that I paid the FULL amount the day I received the bill, but they wanted $11.70 more. So I paid it, but I will not do business with them again. ~michael

Went in for some new office outfits (new job!!) no one was professionally dressed or even decently dressed… young man at the jewelry counter has on a hoodie of all things and playing on his phone… need a better dress code for the type of store they are! There was one worker who looked like they took time to get ready and she was the only helpful one I could find or trust to help me pick out something appropriate for the office ~Courtney
