I will never buy from Kay Jewelers again. The quality of their jewelry is poor. I bought an Opal pendant for my wife. The stone fell out in 3 months and was lost. I bought a tennis bracelet for my wife and daughter. Both catches broke within 2 months. Took them back, got them fixed, both broke again in less than 6 weeks. The final straw was when I paid off my charge card. $1585.79. Paid it in full as soon as I got the bill. They said it owed another $11.70 because finance charges had not been added to the bill. ??????? I argued that I paid the FULL amount the day I received the bill, but they wanted $11.70 more. So I paid it, but I will not do business with them again. ~michael
