If I could give zero stars I would have. I came in on my lunch time to get a protective screen replaced. They took my name down said I would be helped shortly a lady walked I right after my name was taken and they started immediately helping this lady and then turns to me and said don't worry I did not forget about you. Well guess what you just did by not helping me first. This is the worst T-Mobile I have ever been to never in the 15 years I have been a customer have I been treated so rude. ~henry

Adam was incredible! He is the Tech man. I came in completely hopeless. He was patient and knowledgeable. He was able to transfer my photos that have all the most precious memories my contacts info with a unhelpful previous phone. Paula was also great her customer service skills are on point. Your team here is AWESOME! We need a lot more of that in Pico Rivera. Thank you! I continue to be happy with my ATT service. ~Liz
