I live out of the area, and every time I send flowers to my Mother in Elmira you never disappoint! Recently, I called very last minute for Mother’s Day because unfortunately I have been sick with Covid and not functioning at my best to say the least. I expected the delivery to be late but you somehow made it happen before Mother's Day…and they were beautiful as always! She was delighted and I am so very thankful to you and your staff for going above and beyond!

Absolutely terrible. The only reason for 1 star is because I can't give 0 stars Not once but twice now they screwed my orders up. Staff was rude and calling me a liar about what they gave me not being what I ordered. Then when I reminded them of our conversations they said you are correct and then changed it. I will never buy anything here again. I would rather travel several hours and pay more than to deal with rude people with horrendous customer service. If you don't care if you get what you get go here but if you care about your order being correct steer clear of this business, because you will be disappointed when your order is incorrect.
