I have used Edible Arrangements in Newburgh New York many times for various events and holidays. The staff at this site is excellent! They listen to what your needs are and give helpful insight as to what would be a nice gift for certain events. I also want to add that working with Melinda in particular has been a fantastic experience. Melinda is knowledgeable, friendly and VERY customer oriented. She is a pleasure to deal with as well as the entire staff. The quality of the product is excellent and they are my go to store for all my gifts to friends, family and clients. This location does not deserve any stars. I called because my order was delivered incomplete. First time I called a lady picked up and told me to call back in 15 minutes because she couldn’t attend to me at the moment. When I called back 2 minutes later she picked up and attended my situation. Apparently the other part of my order was not in the delivery truck. It’s so unacceptable when I placed this order with so much time of anticipation and it should have been double checked to make sure it was in the truck. It was supposed to be a special gift and it let me down on that “special” aspect. So disappointed and no professionalism in this store as her excuse was “we’re only humans and we have so many other deliveries to take care of” which I understand but it’s no excuse when it comes down to just simply double checking or just making sure every part of an order is in the truck to satisfy the customers order. LOST ALL MY BUSINESS FOR SURE.

I don’t even want to give a 1 star based on the rudeness of the woman who took my call today . yesterday I was due to have a fruit platter delivered from an order I placed the day before . It was set to be delivered during day yesterday at some point and didn’t get delivered till 8:14pm. I understood it was day before holiday but the rudeness of staff when called today to speak to about the time of delivery was horrible. I was Told “duh it is day before holiday not like we just have it sitting around and not delivering”. When I had called after 5 the gentleman I spoke with told me they close at 5 but had up till 7pm to deliver. This woman told me no they had till 9. She rudely told me if I wanted it there at certain time , I should’ve done pick up instead! I live 3.5hrs away from my family that lives down there. Needless to say I will take my business elsewhere. Sad because usually great product and service. I’m understanding of holiday but not of the rudeness I received.

I have placed several orders from the Newburgh New York store. The arrangements are always beautiful and delicious. The staff is always very helpful and kind. Melinda has gone above and beyond to make sure that my orders have been delivered on time. I highly recommend them.

I purchased a Father’s Day platter and they never delivered it. I was a very special gift both my boys saved their money to buy their dad a platter as a gift. I have them both really upset and crying. Around 3 pm I called and had someone tell me it’s out for delivery we have over 100 orders today. I understand that. They said by 5 pm call back. I called back and quesadilla what the store was closed. Thanks for ruining a special day especially for my kids..

Third time that I have received a gift from this place, couldn't give much of a review on the first two orders since I didn't actually eat them BUT this one, delivered at 9:30 on Christmas Eve, well who knew that pineapple could be both mushy and dry (must have come from two different ones) apples that were dipped in chocolate perfectly hides the brown rot in the flesh of the fruit, and the worst tasting strawberries on the planet. Maybe they took too many orders over extending themselves or maybe their overall quality is poor either way I hope to never receive another delivery such a waste of money.

I ordered flowers, strawberries and a balloon for Mother’s Day for my friend. They never delivered the flowers, they only delivered the strawberries and balloon and I paid over $100 for the order and paid extra for same day delivery. I am unable to reach the store or anyone at edible arrangements. I will never use this shop ever again. They messed up something that was supposed to be special.
