I'm really dissatisfied with this place paying a lot of money and my 1 year old baby walk off with wrong placed hole and a lot of pain in her ear. Now my daughter gotta wait 1 month to heal and they said they will try again.

I took my 6 months old daughter to have her ears pierced and it was the best service I could ask for . Kayla was very patient with the baby and very friendly. She took her time and made my daughter calm before she did it. She was very informative. I was very nervous at first because it the first time taking my daughter to have her ears pierced but after dealing with Kayla I was more relaxed. I would definitely recommend here. I read all these negative reviews and I would like to say it’s far from what those people are saying. Thank you Kayla

I need to share this really bad experience at this Pagoda location which located on the first floor K102 not the one on the 3rd floor. Today, my daughter wanted to get piercings on her ears since she is only 5 yrs and I did my researches, most people recommend do both sides at the same time. Thus, I called in the morning to make that they are capable to do both sides at the same time, they said yes if I can come in after 4 pm. I came to the mall around 6pm and called the store to ask where are they located (I thought there is only Pagoda kiosk in the mall). A rude man picked up the phone and said they are first floor and hung up. And we showed up, he was interested to serve us or guide us at all, just standing at a corner and pointing finger where the earrings. After few minutes of choosing, my daughter knew what she wants and I just wanted to confirm that he will do same time for both ears. He responded “how many people do you see here?” (Instead he should say sorry we can’t do at both sides right now because I’m only working now). He refused to provide his name. I was not happy at all because I’m bringing business for him. He is not doing a favor for me. BAD service and BAD attitude => BAD result, so I didn’t want to take a chance so I convinced my daughter to get it done somewhere else. Luckily, while we were shopping and found there is another Pagoda kiosk on the 3rd floor, I asked a same question if they can do same time for both side (I saw only one employee there at that moment), the lady was very polite said yes if I can wait because another employee was on break and be back soon. And we got piercing done there perfectly. AVOIDING THIS KIOSK IF YOU DONT WANT HEADACHE. ZERO Stars and close down if possible.

Sale man was not professional and showed bad attitude. Whatever questions that I asked he was not happy. Hope his business can survive since there is a same the Pagoda booth on 3rd floor with much better service. ZERO star if possible.
