Rocio is fabulous!!! She received me with a gentle smile and a lot of warmth, Suenore was attentive and even worried about asking me about my tastes!!! I felt very comfortable in the store... until another saleswoman appeared to interrupt the fabulous work that Rocio was doing, to suggest a watch with stones, to which I had already told her that it was not to my liking because I do not like them watches with stones!!! and her bad comment was " THEN YOU ARE IN THE WRONG STORE " really bothered me, then I knew she was the store manager!!!! I was about to leave and not buy anything but Rocio and her gentle attitude and friendly treatment made me change my mind.

They don't honor the discount sign next to the jewelry. She even told me there was a discount for that shelf. When I checked out, there was NO discount, and she didn't even try to give me a couple dollars off. Very unprofessional. I guess they were in rush and overwhelmed with the line outside. They should not make this discount "mistake" again, it was a very awkward and upsetting moment. Remove the signs and place them where they should be.

I think most of the associate bit rude. We dont need to be treated like queen but we just need them to help us. At times Sq was much more better and friendly.

Manager JESSICA is not helpful, discriminative, workers look miserable and aren't as friendly. Manager refused to give store credit because I didn't have receipt but proof of bank statement. It was 2 brackets my bf bought as a gift that didn't fit and no longer was carried in store. Called customer service and waited over 20 mins in store and they couldn't even convince the manager! Horrible customer service, dissatisfied customer not planning on going back! #scam

👎🏻 Is not recommended to go to this store? why? because they sell you the exhibition pieces as new. Not to mention that they treat tourists very badly and especially if you do not speak English very well!

This store has most of the new pieces and charms one wants. They run the Swarovski specials. The wait staff can vary from being very nice and helpful to snooty with an attitude.
