Bought a 1,500 plus blanket which within a month after purchase developed multiple pulls. Company refused to stand by the product and blamed improper use, which was not the case, and stuck us with a repair. Buyer beware.

Horrible experience shopping here as I ordered an alpaca cape and what arrived was the CHEAPEST, flimsiest possible version of what was shown. Wow - total bait and switch. Alicia Adams is a low integrity company and sham. Really upset that Alicia Adams would steal $500 from customers in this manner. Poor ethics and poor conduct. She will just steal your money — shop anywhere else. Be warned that her online product reviews are FAKE, as well. Real customers who purchased products are by design not even able to leave a review. This is how ALICIA ADAMS SWINDLES and tricks people into making purchases. Awful.

Finest quality and workmanship in my lightweight scarf. It’s also long enough to wrap around twice in cooler weather. Love the natural color which is the classic “griege” that compliments many other colors. Alpaca is the new black in my opinion.

This is an incredible store. This kind of experience is rare - they have the product from farm to shelf. The products are fair-trade made. Their staff is knowledgeable and great. Highly recommend!

I bought 3 Alicia Adams Alpaca portofino shawls from the Today Show Deal of the Day. I am not satisfied with the quality, the shawls are paper thin. I saw the no returns and understand I can not send them back but based on this experience I will not make any more purchases from Today's Deal of the Day. This is the pink powder shawl folded in half, you can read the cover of the Time magazine.

Loved my visit here! Everyone is so friendly, the store is so inviting and the products are AMAZING! Everything was so soft and clearly of high quality. Loved learning about the alpacas and their general philosophy of sustainability and care for the animals. Definitely recommend stopping here if you're in the area! You'll leave with a smile and some amazing alpaca wool products :)
