I just wanted to write a quick review in regards to my purchase of my 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe back in July. I reside in Florida and searched high and low for this specific model/make Tahoe z71 in white . Sales associate, Eric Skabry had reached out to me via email and informed me Ruge’s would be getting one in. He sent me the specifications when it arrived and worked with me to make a long distance purchase work seamlessly . All the staff was so helpful and when I arrived after a long drive to pick it up it was so nice to be greeted by a friendly face and my beautiful new car. My husband and I had an amazing experience at Ruge’s. This is the first time I did not have to haggle at a car dealership! The price on the used vehicle was good from the beginning. They valued my trade-in very reasonably. They were able to get my monthly payment where I needed it. The whole process only took an hour or so and they encouraged us to go home and be comfortable while they called banks and negotiated financing. No pressure sales here!! I highly recommend this small town dealership.
