We have been an account holder for years, living in many states and areas with a Kohl's around us. It is such a shame how far this store, and this chain, in general, have fallen. There's never enough staff, especially at the registers. The clearance racks are always a disorganized mess, and regular priced items are frequently missing complete size runs. You play games with pricing, frequently offering the deepest discounts after your customers have already purchased and making those discounts for a limited amount of time. Rarely do you see a management presence on the floor controlling the ebb and flow of the environment. The area that has the most staff with the friendliest service is in the newer Sephora section of the store.
Pay fair wages and give better benefits to your employees so that you retain better staff. Change your budgets and policies to reflect people-first behaviors allowing for better over all service, and a cleaner, more well organized environment. Teach your management how to lead and affect the business in a positive way so that your staff learns what the service industry should really look like, and your customers receive the benefits of this training. Do Better! ~Chason
