Best bank in Newburgh, New York (NY) 2024

Absolutely unacceptablely bad level of "customer service" here. I would not bank here if it was the last bank on earth, and only had the displeasure of dealing with these jokers while trying to help an elderly relative get their mortgage paid while they have been unwell and unable to do so themselves. Multiple unhelpful trips later and still not able to resolve the simple matter of accepting payment. ~James

YESTERDAY 10/14/2021,This bank would NOT cash a business check made payable to me by one of their clients, although the check was drawn on their bank and their office. I had the proper ID but that didn't matter. They told me flatly NO, that that was their company policy, since I had no account at their bank! SCREW THESE GUYS! ~James
