It took almost 45 minutes to get my meal after I was told it would take 15 minutes. It turned out that they forgot to call me when my meal was ready. It was almost time to return to work by the time I got my meal! This was the first time I had any issues here. Generally they are prompt and the food is good.

I always use the portal. My orders are usually ready in about 25 minutes. So far, haven't messed up my orders. Customer service could be better

Not very clean inside and employees look unkempt. Lots of surfaces that can use a scrub down. We're in a pandemic the front door shouldn't look too dirty to touch. When I get my pizza it's not cut all the way through!

Terrible customer service!!! Older guy who was the manager was very disrespectful. Went there to pick up my food that i had placed online. I received a message telling me my food was ready and i also had a confirmation code for my order. My order came out to $51 and change! The manager told me they didnt receive my order so there was nothing he could do. He said his hands were tied. Its has now been a week of me continuously trying to contact anyone who can give me a refund and still nothing. So i never got my food and i still have not got my money back! In words i got robbed! Worst place to ever go to and will also never be returning!

Batman calzone was very good it also comes with three pictures from the movie when you purchase the calzone of Batman Little Caesar has gotten better over the years when I first want them. They were horrible but they are good now

The Little Caesar on Broadway is pretty good and it's pretty much as expected the only thing is try not to go on the weekends because it gets really busy and there's a lot of waiting and the store isn't that big to have a lot of people so I would just suggest going during the week

exactly what you should expect when paying $5.99 for a pizza... it's edible and inexpensive. pizza portal is an excellent idea... they actually messed up my order tonight, wanted classic cheese, got classic pepperoni

I had placed an online order for pick up yesterday and I was served by a white, hefty lady who always give me an attitude whenever I come in. I had told her that I am picking up two pizzas— one extra cheese pizza and a SUPREME pizza. She said they don’t have SPRING pizza, and I kept repeating to her ‘SUPREME.’ And she continued to argue, and look down on me as if I am pronouncing it wrong. Every single time I come to pick up my order at this store I am given a poor service, with the same lady giving me an attitude. If she doesn’t like working there then don’t work there, otherwise go along with a standard customer service that includes RESPECTING everyone without racial discrimination. After having to go through that incident, I tried to contact them to ask for the manager to make a complaint regarding that employee. The person’s voice that I had spoken through the phone sounded the same as the racist lady. Anyway, she said that she is the manager AND the owner of the store. Totally disregarded my complaint and snubbed me on the phone. You would think that she would apologize and take action for what had happened. But after calling again the next day and speaking to a different staff, the lady faked about being the manager and owner. They said they would have their boss contact me back to fix this issue. But I haven’t heard anything from them till now. oh by the way, pizza is always good. I love your pizza. and if Little Caesars Pizza boss saw this, you have to fire her. And you need hearing aid, contact your doctor.
