I came with my friend. She wanted to look around. We were not greeted nicely. We did not get a hello. No friendly smiles. I was looking for something for women’s day for church. I don’t they liked the way we looked. They were playing loud rap music with cuss words. That was my second time to that store with her. They made me feel uncomfortable. I won’t be back.

Rude, Unprofessional & Racial Profiling! I’ve been to this store several times since moving here and has always had a pleasant experience until now. I enter the store and there was an associate folding shirts(White female with a black and red plaid blouse on). She didn’t speak but soon as she noticed me looking through the clothing rack and she couldn’t see my hands; she walked over looked and walked back to where she was folding shirts. I laughed at her because it amazes me that people still profile customers based on race! I don’t bring my purse in stores because of people like her. I’ve also worked Asset Protection for two of the largest retail companies worldwide for 10 years. I’ve prosecuted over 800 cases in court. I’m definitely not the one that needs to be watch nor did I give her a reason. The only thing she saw was a BLACK person. Now, as I’m checking out; her and an African American female were just chatting not once saying hello, did you find everything ok… nothing. The mindset of people in the workplace is mind blowing. I’ve never encountered these two before but I strongly suggest additional customer service training.

Customer greeting was horrible. One of the ladies began snapping at me once I stepped in the door "you gotta where a mask" she didn't bother to notice that I was unfolding my mask to put on. I had literally just stepped in. Never apologized or anything. I stated ma'am I have a mask that I'm putting on and she just walked off. She was also the one to check me out...cold attitude. That was my first and last visit into a store that does not have favorable customer service.

I love this store and the fashions at reasonable sizes! Always spend more than I planned, but love the clothes so much! And the sales associates are always helpful, never pushy.

With so many stores closing permanently, I am so relieved that Cato is still here! I love seeing the clothing in person and being able to try on before buying. Felt very safe with the Covid precautions in place there. Beautiful selection and great people!

Clothing is reasonably priced and they have lots of sizes. Clothing is average quality but the clearance racks are marked at good prices. The staff is not overly warm. They do require a mask and you cant try on clothes in their dressing room due to Covid.
