Very bad experience , don't go to this business .I went to get s brake fluid replacement and I am very sure that they drained another thing because as soon as I left started a sound on the brakes .When I came back the manager just told me that I need to change my pads , never offered a inspection to see what was wrong , nothing .I was thinking that they did on purpose something to my brakes to come back there. I just don't have evidence to take action because it is the brakes but Something happened there I am sure . Services: Oil change, Brakes

Came in for an oil change and they drained the transmission fluid instead of the oil. An hour later I asked them how much later it was going to take and that's when they decide to tell me what happened. Will I go back? Probably not

Perfect options for oil change. Much better than Cadillac dealer. These guys are friendly and professional. Posted prices are good. Even better with a coupon. I will be back - these guys really treated me right.

Service was done quick and efficient. I only went for an oil change however I noticed when I picked up my vehicle they also took care of the tire pressure monitoring system- light on my dashboard was reset all tires got air topped off my brake fluid. Awesome service.

I went in 12/11. I showed the gentleman my Groupon (fist time using Groupon). He wrote down the Groupon number. I was charged $78.89. I thought that Jiffy Lube charges me the exact amount as what Groupon said ($54.99). I informed the gentleman that I should have been charged $54.99. They refunded $20.99 bringing the total to $57.90. There were three young men fixing the issue and giving me the refund while speaking to a 4th person on the speaker phone. None of the young men apologized. After driving away, I realized that they forgot to put the sticker that tells me when the next oil change is due. I called the store and a gentleman gave me the mileage when I should do the next oil change. The man never apologized. On 12/20 I realize that Groupon actually charges me as well ($54.99). I called and spoke to Livy(manager). Livy recommended I call Groupon. I explained that Groupon did not overcharge me. Livy never apologized. He said that the only way to help is come in person. I asked to speak to a manager and he said that the manager would not help me. I asked (multiple times) for the name of his manager. He refused to give me a name or transfer me to his manager. He finally gave me his manager's name (George). I need my $54.99 back! -------- Manager contacted me after first episode and apologized. So i decided to give it another try. Episode 2 I went in on Saturday July 3rd, 2022. I asked for an oil change. I sat in the waiting room for about half an hour when a technician comes in and says " we need to charge and additional $15 because it is a lot of work taking a metal plate off" i explained that i have never paid extra for an oil change because of a plate. He said that he could not waive the fee. I asked for my car back and left. WOW ---------- Good luck to everyone with this place.

I did Uber inspection and they gave me only receipt not the inspection document . I went to upload the receipt to Uber app they refused . I called another company and they did inspect the vehicle and send me the right document to upload . I called Jiffy lube in La habra they told me we will issue refund of $29,99 when I stop by . I went today and the manager his name Levy C . He told me we have your paper ready and that day he told me you are good to go means that’s the form . I left very disappointed , very unprofessional environment I don’t recommend that place no honesty I did send the email but it didn’t go through I think it’s fake email .

Basically just an oil change. Mom needed an oil change in her car. I went in asked how long the wait was. I was told an hour by the guy at the desk. Waited outside called a few minutes later to start the paperwork. Handed over the keys and told it would be 45 minutes to an hour.
