I called in at 11am and made an appointment for 4pm on the phone. I get there 3:45, 15 min early to my appointment and the lady Won Hwang said please wait. Once my appointment time came, another lady showed up and sat down. They said they could not find my appointment on their system and proceeded to help the other lady. But I showed them the call history on my phone, and indeed it was the correct phone number. The branch manager was totally unhelpful and did not offer any assistance even though I had waited for 30 min at this point. Very disappointed and will not be bringing my business to such a disorganized bank!! Who knows what they will do with my money!! ~Amy
