Must have paid off the City Council. No water retention and no green space. No hard surface to park on. Just a gravel lot and a fence. Life is good when you can skip the rules.

Unfortunately, All Seasons Storage in Polk City, Iowa, will make it very difficult to get any deposit back from them. They don't answer the phone, they lie and tell you your check is on its way, etc., etc. I would NEVER recommend this place to anybody. Well worth your time to make the drive into Ankeny or Grimes with a truly reputable storage facility.
