The worst service, claim my package were undeliverable, I seen them and kept driving, too lazy to get out of the truck and walk 20 feet to my door.

Most RUDEST..mouthy people I have ever encountered...have came here twice .both times were HORRIBLE....this place needs to be shut down..these women here don't need to work with the public.manger came and sent worker to lunch while she had 10 people in line...while everyone stood unattended to for at least 15 min....I left unhappy...for second time..

It’s really hit and miss with the service here. Some days I go in and the workers present are very nice and helpful. Other days the workers who are there are very pushy, rushing you (even if you’re the only person in the post office), annoyed if you ask any questions/need help, or just altogether ignore you when ask questions. If they replaced the employees with attitude problems it’d be a five star.

I think these employees and the DMV have a competition on who has the worst attitudes. I asked about my package being available for pickup and her response was "probably not". Just quit your job.

Said they attempted to deliver my packages 3 separate times but couldn't because of my driveway - front door being blocked. Never once saw anyone try to deliver it and nothing was obstructing my driveway either day. Worse service of any delivery place ever

If I could give No Stars I would. I'm here for business and staying in a hotel for the past 4 months. I am on crutches and have had so many issues when it comes to packages and mail being delivered. On my end it will say things have been delivered but when I go to pick up my packages or mail, I have nothing and have to call the 1-800 number to file yet another complaint. And then miraculously, packages arrive the next day. I'm so disappointed.

Waiting for packages last week and never received. Instead we got a note in the mailbox that it was undeliverable. Each day we were told it was out for delivery. On that Thursday we were sitting in our kitchen saw the mail lady at our mailbox and when my husband went out for our mail we were hoping our packages were left in the mailbox all we got was a note. My husband went to the post office today Tuesday and got both packages and found a note on 1 of them saying the problem was our dog. She was in the house behind a glass door not even barking with no attempt to bring packages to the door. But other mail people had delivered them to our front door with no problem. Think it was 1 person being lazy not wanting to walk to the front door about 30feet.

Mail gets delivered sporatically. Was expecting a package on Thursday, but they said it cound not be delivered and was ready for pickup. Went to the post office on Friday and they said my package was out for delivery. Guess what it was not delivered and is available for pickup, again. Will it be delivered ? Can I pick it up ? They sure don't know. Either deliver it, or leave it at the post office so I can pick it up, choose one I, I don't care which one, I just want my package. It should not be that hard to figure out. Gave only one star because zero stars was not an option.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I had a delivery notice with a tracking #. The employee, a male, expected me to believe that he couldn't use the tracking # to locate my package. I was then told that another mail carrier took it without telling anyone. Use Fed Ex or UPS.
