BEST DEALERSHIP EVER - If you need a new vehicle go to Lee Ford and ask for MOLLY. I spoke to her on the phone, she gave me a price thousands less then another dealer, gave me a trade in value thousands higher than the other dealer, and most importantly nothing changed when I showed up. This was by far the easiest purchase I have ever make. Thankyou for all of you help, I will be buying all of my future cars from MOLLY at LEE FORD!!!

The rudest GM I have ever dealt with. Drove 3 1/2 hours to pick up vehicle, all to be bullied & intermediated by the GM to try and force us into using his finance company. My mother had finalized everything with her bank finance with approval letter prior to making the drive. The Owner of Lee Motors should be embarrassed for how his Leader conducts himself. Do not purchase from these people. Jeff Emerson the “GM” (as he called himself) is a con artist and bully. All in an effort to take advantage of a 60 year old lady. Once she refused to use his bank finance company, he said the vehicle is no longer for sale and it would be off the market. Such actions should warrant legal action. Jeff Emerson doesn’t care to sale vehicles. He wants his tiny ego stroked by intimidating customers and belittling his sales staff.

I had good experiences with this place before today. Tried scheduling a appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. On the website, it says to download an app to check in for an oil change, which is fine, but it specifies in large letters OIL CHANGES ONLY. A normal person would think this means oil changes and not tire rotations, so I scheduled the service regularly. I get an automated confirmation. When I go in at the stated time, I am told "you have to check in with the app" and my reservations about it not saying tire rotations were brushed off. The service advisor said he would tell me if he could slide me in while I wait. After a half hour of waiting with no update and my car still parked, I told him I would come back later. Only then did he say the tire rotations came with the package. So I did it the right way on the app and came back in later. I came in at exactly the time it said was estimated. I checked in, was told I could get a customary wash, which I didn't mind, and waited. For an hour and a half. For a job that takes 20 minutes. No updates whatsoever. Then to have the gall to charge almost $100 for what I can get locally for $20? Also, I brought my own oil, filter, and drain plug gasket, and they were all in the seat next to the window clearly in view. Not a one used. They saw fit to charge me with no questions asked. When I try to call the number specified on my receipt for "If you did not receive 5-star service today Please call Jeff Dailey, @... Anything less we have failed you!" I get the front desk and then transferred to regular service. Hours of my day and $75 that I could have saved by simply going elsewhere. Some of the nicest people at any dealership, but I would've preferred to get good, efficient service instead.

The personal at this service department went above and beyond for me. I am truly grateful for what they did. They deserve more than 5 stars. It was the first time I had been there and my observation was that they treated everyone that way.

They had a good inventory of Mustangs and Broncos. Especially a Mach 1 and a GT500 with track package in exquisite Antimatter Blue💙💙💙!!! Looks like someone here knows how to order cars the proper way; few things peeve me more than a dealership that specs out vehicles improperly. Good inventory considering this covid crisis.

Very friendly staff! Every person I have interacted with at the service center was friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable asking questions about my car’s needs and felt that my questions were answered thoroughly. There is a welcoming and trustworthy atmosphere, and I will continue to bring my car in for any future needs.
