I've purchased 2 cars from there. Yes they're really good at what they do. Today it went really well. The sales agent was totally honest and up front with us. That's how you run a business. For that I'll be back and highly recommend this place. ~Deb

I HATE THIS FREAKING BANK!!! Wish BOA didn't sell this branch, closed on sat, my debit card has been locked out. Can't even get customer support on weekends and after 6. Have to go all weekend with my $. It's my wife's birthday weekend, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS BANK!!!! I NEVER EVER EVER LEAVE BAD REVIEWS, BUT I AM SO PISSED IT'S NOT FUNNY ~James

This is a nice place but it's still a bank. Always expect a line because when it comes to your money, you want them to take their time. I had only one negative experience. They have a machine that you can put your coins in for free and it prints out a receipt which you give to the teller to give you cash or deposit. I always count my money and used the machine. It shorted me a quarter. They didn't believe me. So I got a roll from them and tried it, same thing. They never stated it was shorting people but did close the machine down. That is why I never use Coinstar. ~Lou

Never had great customer service, high turnover, cannot reach a person over the phone, customer service has 1+ hour wait time, promised to get certain services and answers and things never get followed up. As a well established small business in Wilson NC, I would expect better service. ~Eric

Nice clear aisles to walk dow N and who can doesn't like the great prices? Had a nice visit and found no issues with crowds and good selection of items and a nice selection of sizes. All associates are wearing masks and the customers are doing their part to get this thing under control. At this location there have something for everyone, even the guy who likes tools and car accessories. You can give other stores a once over then come here to get either the same thing or similar for cheaper. ~Lou

My mom stopped by to have a tire plugged, charged her $24. She was expecting $10- $15. Maybe since she is in her 70's they figured a chance to make a little extra. I will make sure we never buy a thing from this place again. Service: Tires ~vince
