I HATE THIS FREAKING BANK!!! Wish BOA didn't sell this branch, closed on sat, my debit card has been locked out. Can't even get customer support on weekends and after 6. Have to go all weekend with my $. It's my wife's birthday weekend, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS BANK!!!! I NEVER EVER EVER LEAVE BAD REVIEWS, BUT I AM SO PISSED IT'S NOT FUNNY ~James

This is a nice place but it's still a bank. Always expect a line because when it comes to your money, you want them to take their time. I had only one negative experience. They have a machine that you can put your coins in for free and it prints out a receipt which you give to the teller to give you cash or deposit. I always count my money and used the machine. It shorted me a quarter. They didn't believe me. So I got a roll from them and tried it, same thing. They never stated it was shorting people but did close the machine down. That is why I never use Coinstar. ~Lou

Never had great customer service, high turnover, cannot reach a person over the phone, customer service has 1+ hour wait time, promised to get certain services and answers and things never get followed up. As a well established small business in Wilson NC, I would expect better service. ~Eric

Very disappointed of this location. I’m rushing to the bank after work before it closed. Came in the bank at 4:20 pm and closing time is 5pm and the manager said I better come back on different day or schedule an appointment to have the service because the only banker on the floor working on a client and won’t be enough time for me. I’m very disappointed. ~Hue
