After visiting several Nissan dealers around Chapel Hill/Durham, I settled with Lee Nissan at Wilson. Their sales associate Craig was awesome, and we got our car without any hassle! William processed our paperwork under an hour! Thanks Lee Nissan and we will definitely come back here. ~Karar

We took our prius in for a recall. There were enough employees that we didnt have to stand in a line to get checked in. The employees were nice. The dealership has plenty of comfortable seats to sit in while you wait. Couple vending machines to grab a drink or snack , also have coffee. Checkout was just as fast as check in. This review is simply for their online order and shipping service. Ordered new weather mats on Thursday. Got an email confirmation saying they would email me when they have received and processed my order. They did not process it until Sunday—4 days after I placed the order. They then reported that it also wouldn’t be shipped for another 4-5 days and that I should expect arrival in 14 business days after it ships. So to recap—in the age of same day delivery, they are making me wait almost 4 weeks for my purchase. It should be here around August 31–at the absolute earliest—according to their timeline. Again, I ordered the mats on the 3rd. After paying over $20 in shipping costs alone, I expect higher quality delivery service and you should too. I will update with actual delivery times when my product finally arrives… In response to your reply… Are you saying that the reason you processed my order 4 days after it was made is due to supply chain issues?? Further, if you do not have an item in stock, You should not lie and say that it is in stock. If this delay is due to supply chain issues, you never should have said you had them on site in your inventory. These mats are for an older model not even being made anymore by the supplier but you claimed to have them in your store so I took a chance. Even other reviewers have posted say you have lied about inventory before and even call Hailey out by name. ~Rachel

I called the store yesterday, talked to a salesman. He had the size in stock and I stopped by to see if they had time to install late on a Friday afternoon. They did a really good job, the prices were a great deal. Jared is really good, no trying to upsell you to another tire. He understands your budget and they have a lot of good tires in stock that are more reasonable than the other places. ~Richard
