We took our prius in for a recall. There were enough employees that we didnt have to stand in a line to get checked in. The employees were nice. The dealership has plenty of comfortable seats to sit in while you wait. Couple vending machines to grab a drink or snack , also have coffee. Checkout was just as fast as check in.
