We drove down from Cary to see the Whirligig museum, and just as we reached Wilson the low tire pressure light came on. We found the front tire had picked up a nail. Fortunately Google found White's Tire Services on Hines St. I called and we limped over. Sonny was cordial and helpful, and our tire was repaired and we were back on the road in less than an hour! They even have a comfortable place to wait with nice chairs and a TV. Thanks Sonny for the great service!

I called the store yesterday, talked to a salesman. He had the size in stock and I stopped by to see if they had time to install late on a Friday afternoon. They did a really good job, the prices were a great deal. Jared is really good, no trying to upsell you to another tire. He understands your budget and they have a lot of good tires in stock that are more reasonable than the other places.

Excellent customer service by Jarred. Brought in a travel trailer with horrible tires. He ordered us a new set & had them installed in a hour. Also gave us a great price! Saved us from having any more blowouts on our way back to Atlanta. Thanks!

I had been trying to get a vibration out of my tires for 4 months. It's been to 2 dealerships and they just kept adding weights, to the tune of 16 oz on one tire. Whites was my 3rd stop and the only one to check the rim for defects. The rims was bent. Got a new rim and that same tire went from 16 oz down to 4.25 oz!! They kept at it, til the issue was resolved instead of band-aiding!! Great service, low competitive prices!!

Even though they were short staffed today and said the wait maybe an hour and a half.....I got an oil change and inspection in less than the time estimated! Great job even though they weren't fully staffed. Blessings🏃🚗

The folks over at White's Tire on Hines St do great work with solid customer service. They did an inspection and mounted four new tires in under an hour on this frigid morning.

Got a great deal on 4 brand new tires! The customer service is great..... the wait was a little long which is understandable because of the time I came. But I was treated nicely.

My 90 year old father in law took his vehicle to White's complaining of a faulty air conditioner. The service tech continued to bump him down the service priority and explained there was an emergency case that needed their attention. They kept the car three days and eventually told my father in law that he owed them $80 for "trying to find the problem." The bill was served with no apology for their incompetence and did not offer any remedy except "try the dealer." The lack of concern for our business, the lack of courtesy by the counter man, and the apparent exploitation of a senior makes me recommend that if you are older, do not take your business to this establishment. Had my father in law not been with me, I am afraid I would have expressed my discontent even more graphically than I did. BEWARE OF WHITE'S TIRE SERVICE OF WILSON NC!
