Well there I had some difficult tires balanced, the entire crew went above and beyond with excellent customer service. They did an amazing job and there's really no reason to go anywhere else. If anybody needs tires or wheels, this is the place.

The team at Discount Tire were amazing. They waited half an hour after closing just for my wife to arrive with a blown tire, limping along on the spare, and far from home. They went above and beyond to get her a new set of tires, were polite, provided quick clean service, at a fair price. I've used them many times before and will not hesitate to again. All personnel who stayed late deserve a huge THANK YOU. One more shout out - my wife would not have made it to Discount Tire without the help of an Airborne Ranger from Ft. Bragg, who stopped and helped put on the spare, so another huge THANK YOU. These are the kind of people that make America Great. Thank you for Serving your neighbor.

The team was super helpful. I was on my way to vacation and stuck a few hours from home and my final destination when I realized the psi on one of my tires was dropping. Found it had a screw in it so I scheduled a meeting and drove 2.5hrs to come to this specific discount tire. Totally worth the drive and stress of being on the road with a tire that was leaking. I was in and out in about 45minutes. Ended up going ahead and doing a rotation and balance plus get new wiper blades. Thank you to everyone that worked on the car as well as the nice salesman that helped us.

Made an appointment. When I arrived waited in line for 25 minutes. Then I was told I'd have to wait an hour? Staff was courteous and seemed to be taking care of other customers well. Went down the road to Mr tire and was done in 15 minutes. Why make an appointment if you're just putting me in back of the line anyway. Came from out of town😔

My first time here was today and I had a GREAT experience thanks to the assistant manager Lucas! I went to a discount tire in Raleigh and they broke my tire sensor and failed to tell me that one of my older tires had a nail in it SMH Lucas seen what was going on and immediately started working on a solution to help me out and I am now satisfied, safe and happy! I will be back to this location only!!

Sat in their parking lot all night traveling down 95, tire blew out. Was able to get towed quickly to their location. Opened on time. Manager seen me n came out to speak with me about issue. Examined vehicle tires and vehicle with me. Recommended few things. Got a new tire and was able to be back on the road couple hours later. Bad thing:: had to get another tow from this tire discount to precision auto for tire to get put on. Had to pay tow. AND then wrong tire was given to me so that was a set back but overall manager Lucas very professional, kept me update on progress and was very punctual on fixing mistake. Delivered tire to other place. Thank you! Overall experience was pleasant.
