Tim and Josh in Parts are amazing! Helped me with an extremely difficult situation with my wife's best friend's daughter who was stranded in an area out in the middle of nowhere! I really appreciate this and it all happened on a weekend and it took both of them to get approvals and what not and one of them was at home since it was Saturday and they resolved everything within 20 minutes!!! I think if you ever buy a vehicle from these folks and you have a problem, which is inevitable if you own one long enough (even if you buy a super reliable Toyota), they will definitely take care of you! This is why I will NEVER sell my 2009 Toyota and I will always do business with Asheboro Toyota!

Saw a car in transit I wanted contacted this dealer which by the way is importantly not adding fees that some more local (triad) dealerships are doing at present. They got my deposit and gave me a date the car was to arrive and kept me informed along the way. Overall a super easy process and great communication from the dealership. I feel I was treated very fairly and would certainly recommend anyone check them out.

Spoke to sales team couple of times and they shared me the quotes out of the door price(For my zip code) for Sienna 2022 Model (which is in transit and gets to store by end of month MAY 2022). When I was ready for reserving the vehicle, sales team member spoke to Manager and told me that they are going to send an email on how to make payment but they dint respond even after four hours wait time, so I had to give a call to know that they sold to someone else. If they were selling to someone else, then they shouldn't have discussed about payment info email. Later on, my friend called them and enquired about the same vehicle. Sales team said that vehicle is available to deliver in May but they are not going to sell/reserve to non-Asheboro residents. We live 50 miles away from Asheboro and we had shared zip code for the quotes, that time they dint mention anything about local/non local residents and had shared quotes. They should not have shared me the quote if they don't sell to other's who live in different cities across the NC. They simply wasted one week of our time and effort. i would have got new vehicle deal somewhere else. I strongly recommend not to go with this dealer,. They are not trustworthy, especially sales team out there.

Sales agent I spoke with said the pictures of the vehicle on the website were incorrect, and the car was actually white, not black. So I asked if they would text or email so pictures of the car and they said they would. I waited the rest of the day and never received and photos. On Tuesday I called and requested photos again from a different sales agent, never received those photos of the vehicle either. I was very interested in the car, so I was willing to drive over 2 hours just to see it, so I called and made an appointment with a Sales agent who took my information down and told never told me that the vehicle was not ready for sale. On Friday May 20th, after driving over 2 hours from my hometown, I called the dealer when I was about 30 minutes away to see if they would go ahead and get the vehicle ready for my visit. It was then that they told me they would have to call me back. After waiting about 5 minutes, they finally call back just to tell me the car was taken off the lot in the middle of the week and was being serviced and is no longer on the lot. Waste of time and gas driving as far as I did for a vehicle that wasn't even there. No one bothered to call or follow up with me before my appointment even though they knew I was specifically interested in that onenl vehicle
