I live in the Charlotte area and quickly found out that the local Charlotte Toyota dealers are all pandemic price gouging customers. That's when I started doing some research and found Modern Toyota offers great prices and does not take advantage of customers. I reached out to their sales team and was put into contact with Tyler Gaddy. He made the entire purchasing process easy and pleasurable. They gave me a quote for my trade-in and estimated payments on the new 4Runner over the phone. I put down a deposit and drove 2 hours to the dealership. The second I walked through the door they made me feel as though I already owned the 4Runner. Everyone was as friendly as could be with 0 sales pressure. I was in and out of the finance office in less than 10 minutes. From the test drive to sales and finally the finance process, this is the first car dealership that made the buying process pleasurable. This is how all car dealerships should operate.
