I’ve used this dealership for my vehicle maintenance for years. This was my first vehicle purchase from Crossroads Ford. They treated me well and honored the purchase agreement we had worked out. I had heard a lot of stories where dealerships were adding admin markups to Broncos that had already been ordered and a purchase price was agreed on. I worked with John Hargett on the original purchase agreement then with Brian Leonard when the vehicle arrived. Both were great to work with. Brain spent over an hour going over the features of my 2022 Bronco. I highly recommend this dealership.

Never again will I go to this dealership. The service department did a bait and switch. They qouted one price and then tried to tell me I was getting a deal. If I walked by and the place was on fire I would let it burn. Edit: I have brought my rating up to a three after receiving a call and a refund from Crossroads. Manager understood my frustration and never tried to make me feel at fault. Didn't throw any employees under the bus. How can Crossroads make things better. We decided clearer communication.

I had a great experience with Crossroads Ford of Kernersville. The friendly staff worked very well with me, they even delivered a car 2+ hours away for a test drive because I couldn't make the drive. Purchasing the car was a quick and easy transaction (in my driveway!) Would recommend buying from this dealership. I'll be checking there inventory next time I buy another vehicle.

Took my wife's 2017 Ford Escape to the repair shop to have it checked for possible head gasket repair. For starters we pulled in to the service garage and no one greeted us. We walked in to the desk area and were told to wait. One guy came in and asked if we'd been waited on. He asked really rude like. We told him why we were there for and he didn't look up our warranty or anything. Just said we'd have to leave it and after they checked it we might get a rental car. He said they had none and we couldn't get a rental anyways. So please don't take your vehicle to Crossroads Ford.

Took my new 250 in for its first oil change/service. My service advisor was RC, and I was extremely pleased with his knowledge, professionalism, and communication. These guys are super busy and even with 100 trivial questions I had, RC never made me feel rushed or that he had better things to do and gave me his undivided attention. I actually had a truck bed liner on back order from Ford, RC got me squared away with one they had on site so I didn’t have to wait, and made sure his guys were careful with the truck, and also my dog kennels that I had In the back. 10/10 for crossroads and 15/10 for RC. Give that man a raise!!

I reserved a Ford Bronco in May of 2021 and placed an order for a MY2022 in October of the same year. I took delivery of my new Bronco yesterday and the transaction could not have been smoother. Everyone is always friendly, and I had good conversations with GM John, Sales Manager Zach, Sales Consultant Randy, and Financing Consultant Jason. The dealership honored MSRP and I drove away very happy with my new vehicle and experience.

I’ve purchased several cars before at other dealership, this was the easiest dealership I’ve worked with. I was in and out in 2 hours. My salesman was efficient but also made sure that everything was covered, at the price point that I expected. I highly recommended anyone to go to Crossroads Ford of Kernersville.

Long time Ford customer. Submitted a request for an "Internet Price" on Ford's website. This dealer called and offered a price with a $15,000 surcharge. So disingenuous, and manipulative. Better to not call rather than send this buyer to another dealer, in another point in time. I understand the current economy, but change your prices to reflect your asking price. Thanks!
