I had a great experience with Joshua Tree Mini Storage. We moved out of state and had not gone back in almost 3 years. When I went to finally get our stuff out. It was like if I had just taken my things a month prior and a dust storm hit. Other than that no signs of rodents. A few spider webs, yet nothing to complain about. Thank you for working with us through such difficult times.

RAT infested storage facility!!! I used this facility to store my home belongings while relocating from the coast. I’m s Disabled Veteran and had a delay do to Medical issues. All my furniture was eaten by rats and my clothing ruined. I had my belongings professionally packed and moved. The owners of Joshua Tree mini storage said I brought the rats with me. They refused to remburse me for my loss
