The service techs were very professional and were able pinpoint the problem with an oil leak my 2019 Chev Traverse had. They advised the oil was leaking from the filter which was not tightened with the previous oil change from FIRESTONE. Never going back to that place. I have always used Take5 and will continue to use them. Thank you for the great service you provide.

This is the first and last time we come here. I used to go to the dealership to get my oil change and the pricing was fair 65 for it I didn't want to go this time because it took sometime. I decided to come here and omg it came out to be 112 for oil change and a 22 air filet which we just found for 12. I understand now that you can get just 1 thing from these places either cheaper oil change or faster service. I know for sure I will be going going back to my dealership next time.

Always awesome. Today was probably my 5th/6th or so time going here. Great service , efficient, and friendly. Never had an issue with any employees or service. Today was yet another great experience. I usually like take5 for their quick service times and overall customer experience. Though at my most recent visit after an oil change my check engine light is on. Little concerning and does not feel coincidental that these two events coincide. Service: Oil change

Worst experience with Take 5. I got an oil change and a car inspection. For the inspection they tested out my windshield wipers, which were recently replaced and said that in order to pass the inspection I had to purchase new ones. Also the entire time, the crew was laughing at me and trying to sell me on various filters that I didn't ask for and I kept telling them that I only came for an oil change and an inspection. Definitely not coming back here. I've gotten many car inspections before and never had to purchase anything in order to pass it.

This place is a bait and switch place. Went in for an oil change and they took out my filters then asked to change them without telling me the cost. They were dirty so I replaced them only to find out that the cost was more than the oil change. 500% markup. Go in forewarned to ask about the price of everything there. I won't ever use them again. I'm a veteran and I'm going to tell all of my vet friends not to use them. Services: Oil change, Air & cabin filter replacement

Andre and Jordan helped me get my oil change this past weekend! It was my first time going to a place like this where service was super fast and convenient. When I say fast I mean fast. One of the guys asked what my favorite song was and he made it a mission to finish oil change within 3-5mins and he did it! Customer service was great. I came in yesterday for an oil change. Andre, Nick and another gentleman that I didn't get the name of took great care of me! All the guys here are great, fast and friendly! I have been a customer for years and have taken my Lexus IS250 for consistent oil changes. I recently purchased an Audi Q5 and took my car in this evening for an oil change. I was advised they did not have the oil filter for my vehicle and would be unable to change the oil without it. I was disappointed of course, but decided to go to another oil change provider located in the area since they were unable to perform the task requested. Before leaving and pulling out of the bay, I specifically asked if they had drained the oil and was advised by the tech they had done nothing as they did not have the required filter needed to perform the oil change. Ok, no problem! I then leave and head to nearest Kwik Kar oil change location approximately 5 miles away. I pull in and notice my car shaking profusely when I pull into the bay. I was advised immediately by the professional team there that my oil cap had not been placed back on the car and oil was pouring out of the vehicle and had now been leaking ALL OVER my engine bay! Not only had the incompetent team forgot to replace the oil cap after NOT actually servicing the vehicle, but they also placed my entire vehicle at risk of engine damage due to their lack of care and competence!! I not only had to pay for the oil change at Kwik Kar, but also the $129 plus tax bill for cleanup as they failed to replace the oil cap!!! I am now awaiting my reimbursement, and it better be prompt! DO NOT take your vehicle for service here! If they cannot do something as simple as replacing an oil cap efficiently, then I surely wouldn’t trust them for any other service.
