I came in with a Protect My Car coverage for my oil change. They told me they don't do that and tried to rush me out. They weren't willing to answer why they couldn't do it and they were dismissive to me. One employee told me that his manager just said no and that he didn't know why, he just works there.They just lost guaranteed business that is paid in full at time of service. Wouldn't recommend for anyone

I have taken all my vehicles since 2005 to Texas Oil Express. Many times I went even when the dealership would have changed the oil for free. These guys are truly nice people and I trust Allen and the guys implicitly. I highly recommend you give them your business.
