I called before going to their shop and because the dude didn’t have time to sit on the phone and explain to me why they couldn’t do my transmission on a Saturday, he told me just to come in and they would take care of me. I got up early drove out of my way just to go to their shop because of the good reviews I had read. I get there sit in line for 10 minutes just to be told they could not take care of me because he didn’t have time to do my transmission. It takes 20 minutes to recycle transmission fluid.
