I always have such a great experience here, I’ve been using this pharmacy for years. I had to write a review and highlight one employee’s exceptional service. Lejla was helping me pickup my prescription in the drive thru. For some reason my order was going to cost me $600! She asked if I wouldn’t mind waiting and said she would do what she could. She came back probably 10 minutes later. She’d been searching for a coupon the whole time and found my prescription at a cheaper price than what I paid normally! I was so grateful she was willing to take the time to look for another option. And it was all unsolicited help, she went above and beyond without me asking for help. Thanks for being so awesome Lejla!

Jamie, the pharmacist/manager is a very rude lady. Just all around not friendly at all. I will be moving my prescriptions over to the new Fry’s because every encounter with her is never pleasant.

I have used this pharmacy multiple times to fill and refill prescriptions and every time we have called in beforehand to order the refill, they have quoted 45 min to 1 hour. 45 min later, I can show up and they then tell me it will be another 45 min to 1 hour. Additionally, we have had doctors call in orders for IMMEDIATE pickup because of time sensitivity and when we go to pick them up, they say that they will be ready the following day. We then have to explain the same thing as always that they are time sensitive so they tell us it will get filled within 1 hour. Inevitably, when we show up again to pick up well after the quoted time, they are still not ready. This has happened not once, not twice, but at least 6 times so far. These people need better training on time quotes, better software systems to rely on to give them accurate quotes, and more desire to be good people and offer good service.

Not helpful at all. Pharmacist "didn't feel comfortable" filling my prescription and told me to go to my old fry's pharmacist who is significantly farther away since I recently moved. Not all fry's pharmacists are equally helpful or willing to support patients. My wife recently had the same problem with this pharmacy. They flatout refused to fill her prescription despite the doctor contacting them. Very disappointed in the pharmacy staff here.

This pharmacy used to be one of the best. The customer service and willingness to help resolve issues vs just quoting store policies as law has ruined this location. It's now a constant headache dealing with this location. There are still a couple of the original staff there, but it feels like even they are getting beat up internally by all the issues. It's extremely disappointing, as even after moving my family and I would go out of the way just to continue using this location with other pharmacy's closer to our new house. It looks like it's time for a change.

First time using this frys, the customer service was horrible. No one could answer my question as to why my Kroger rx was not coming up and they refused to help find out what the problem was. I've pulled it up using my phone number before at another frys. The pharmacist was also extremely rude when I asked her this question. I will not be using this frys again.
