If only there was a way to give zero stars. I only go to this pharmacy for one prescription because I have a good RX coupon that makes it affordable versus $200 elsewhere. There’s been a few times my doctor has accidentally sent my prescription to Fry’s instead of the Walgreens (that is much faster and more efficient and right across the street). This review will be for my most recent experience this morning but please note this is my experience EVERY single time I have ever been there. I tested positive for strep throat yesterday and my doc ordered antibiotics for me yesterday. I’m used to prescriptions being ready at Walgreens within 20 to 30 minutes. So today, a full day after my prescription was ordered by my doctor, I showed up in the drive-through at 8:50 because the pharmacy opened at nine. 9 o’clock passed and nobody opened the window. 9:05 passed and nobody open the window. Finally at 9:10 I started pressing the call button and someone told me the drive-through doesn’t open till 10am. (Note that their sign on the drive-thru window says the pharmacy hours are 9 AM. Nothing about drive-through not opening until 10.) So I wasted 20 minutes sitting there. I came back at 10:40 AM and sat in line until 11 AM at which time it was my turn to pull up to the window. I then sat at the window for 10 minutes before somebody even came over only to tell me my prescriptions that were called in yesterday at around 2pm still weren’t ready. Mind you it’s penicillin for strep throat which is a very easily and readily available medication. You’re also contagious with strep throat for 48 hours after starting antibiotics so it’s imperative to have a pharmacy that’s run well and is able to dispense needed medication quickly. Which they cannot do. The pharmacist said he could maybe have it ready for me in an hour so I drove away upset obviously having wasted a total of 50 minutes today so far, sitting in a drive through only to be told my medicine that should have been ready yesterday, still isn’t ready. Only then to receive a text as soon as I got home about seven minutes later telling me my prescriptions were ready. So now I’m gonna have to go back again and probably spend another 30 minutes waiting in the drive-through to get these prescriptions. Do not waste your time here. I never have these issues with Walgreens and had my doctor called in the prescription to Walgreens as I requested I would have had it within 20 to 30 minutes and already on the road to feeling better yesterday. This is a horribly run pharmacy with terrible wait times and turn around times…ALWAYS. This place is so bad I’m literally considering spending $200 elsewhere for my medicine rather than $40 just so I don’t have to deal with the terrible service anymore.

I love this pharmacy location! Always professional and caring. I moved a couple towns over in 2014 and STILL pick up my meds (and 4 other family member's meds) from this location even though there is another frys closer to me. I honestly have never had a bad experience here. Even when I have run into problems with my insurance or cost, the staff is so kind and helpful. I absolutely recommend.

Every time, EVERY. TIME. I come here to pick up scripts called in by my Dr. HOURS earlier in the day, they have not yet been filled. Even when I started calling to confirm a pick up time. I arrive (30 min after the time I was given to be safe) and am told it will be another 45 minutes, hour, etc. I have set up text notifications with them 3 times to alert me when scripts are ready. In a year, not one text alert. They even had their IT dept call me because no-one could figure it out. Once I was shorted by 45 pills on one of my scripts and had to wait days for a conplete count to be done to determine I wasn't lying. Yay.... not happy. Back to Walgreens I go.

Absolute terrible service at the pharmacy. Their incompetence grows with every visit. They don't even have the courtesy to call you and tell you when there is an issue with your script. I have complained about the lack of professionalism and customer service to the corporate office but my complaint was brushed off. My advice: find another pharmacy and save yourself the headache. I will NEVER use their pharmacy again. I guess we will be purchasing more of our groceries elsewhere as well.

About 6 months ago I would say this pharmacy was just as bad as every other pharmacy, BUT now it has become my favorite, because of the staff. I'm not sure what changed, but I have received wonderful service from multiple different pharmacists at this location. Consistently. One man in particular is very personable and doesn't treat me judgingly after filling my ADHD medication. It is nice not walking away feeling shame. Anyone who speaks with me over the phone will make sure to try to help in any way they can. I have been extremely pleased with all of my interactions at this location.

This pharmacy is chronically understaffed and always slow. Expect long waits, even when the line seems short. It took them 18 minutes this evening to handle 3 customers in the drive-thru. Do not trust their "auto refill" system. Sometimes it puts your prescriptions into a state they describe as "limbo", where it shows up online as being on auto refill, but they never actually fill it. Don't trust that they will fill your prescriptions. Keep track on your own, and complain quickly when they don't fill them on schedule.

It seems they have changed some workers at this pharmacy over the past year and it has been a night and day improvement. The techs and pharmacists are incredibly helpful now. I was considering taking my business elsewhere but I am definitely staying so long as they keep up such a high level of service!
