If i could give "0" stars I most definitely would!! Worst pharmacy ever! Will never use this pharmacy for anything! They text you saying the meds are ready, when they aren't. They don't actually text/call when the meds have come in and are ready to be picked up.

I just want to say that Michelle at New Caney pharmacy is AMAZING!! She helped me out with mine and my sons prescriptions and I had to call her about a dozen times today and she helped me without frustration hesitation anything today! So shout out to you Michelle! Thank you!!

1pm insurance not valid Called employers benefits confirm with BCBS it is current. Given number for pharmacy to call to confirm. 3pm call to give pharmacy insurance phone number. Told prescription is done $0 owed, will be ready in 40 minutes. 7:30 pm drive to pharmacy and get told "you insurance is not valid. Either the staff is incompetent or the computer is OR BOTH.....

Great staff, great organization and cleanliness. I had my covid19 buster same day with very minimum waiting. I appreciate David for been nice and easy with the shot, very informative and caring.

Was given false information at the pharmacy by an associate named Krysta. She told me my 13 year old child could not receive the covid booster shot. He has had the first 2 and it has been 7 months. She said he has to be 17. Which is not true.

Great, fast service. I switched to this pharmacy because of it. My last pharmacy (Kroger) took 2-3 days to fill a call in prescription. And the lines were terribly long. Here at Walmart I got friendly service and my script was ready in 30 minutes. HUGE difference.

I will not be back to this Walmart again. It took them 1 week and 3 visits to the pharmacy for them to get me the very much needed insulin my grandmother needed. They did mention that the issue was that they could not contact the doctor in order to confirm dosage, but I think the situation could have been handled more efficiently the first or even the second time I went. It was not until the THIRD visit that I was able to get the insulin. Very disappointed and will NOT be back. Also, they are very slow to give service when you go.
