As I pull in the parking lot I notice the health rating sign on the door rated "c". I was here for ice cream thinking maybe that would be safe. I go through the drive through and order a peanut buster parfae without nuts and substitute for reeses cups. I pulled paid for said ice cream and was charged 80cents for the substitute (not a problem). The issue is im headed a cup with cover on it that looked like it was used as a football and leaking ......and no reeses cups inside. I pulled around and waited to see if they could fix the issue. After 15min I drove off and threw away the ice cream. With a "c" rating and the other reviews this location is getting it maybe time to hire all new staff or close the doors. Short drive to the Pearland location on Broadway folks.

Since it's opening I've been here maybe 5 times. It would be more because I love Dairy Queen, but this one is just not good. U have yet to have a good experience here. I showed up once 10 minutes prior to closing and they said they were closed. (It was late I get it). When I asked if they closed at 9:52 they laughed and never responded after that. Today they picked up where they left off. I've never heard the words "We ran out of ice cream" at a DQ but here we are. So I decided to get food instead and that took long enough to get cold food. The only thing good about this experience was the Dr Pepper. The gravy was water. Fries were cold. I didn't see anyone cooking so I'm confused as to how it was made. Floors looked dirty. Really don't feel like it's going to get better.

This Dairy Queen is usually my go to place. I always get a perfectly made Blizzard here, Turtle Pecan Cluster, after waiting 25 minutes in line yesterday, when I got my Blizzard it had no chocolate in there...which I noticed after I pulled off at the light when eating it.🤦♀️ Before yesterday, I must have been lucky enough to always get a perfectly made blizzard from a "Miss D" 🤷♀️ I was disappointed yesterday afternoon but I will go back, its the closet one to where I live.

They need to fire all of their night employees except for 1 worker (White Guy). I forgot his name but always polite and takes his job with pride. They always have terrible attitudes, playing in the back, and closing 30 minutes early and sitting in the back on their phones. They close at 3am on the weekend and I took my son up there at 12 to get a banana split. The girl said we are out of bananas, so I changed it to a Oreo Blizzard, then she said their ice cream machine is turned off for the night but y'all are open for 3 more hours. I didn't make a big deal out of it because I didn't want spit in my food. These workers are straight trash. Not even kidding.

Omg.! This is absolutely right the manager used to be a really good friend of mine and would brag about the store and down the others when actuality this store is run down to the dirt yeah I should go to Alvin dairy Queen all their stores and flags are up stores always clean purchases or always correct for the most part ice cream machine stay up until they have to come down and food is always fresh including chicken strips and gravy because those are awesome my favorite!

it hurt me to even give this place a one star rating. earlier i was on my way to work and i figured i might as well swing by for some ice cream. it took them 27 minutes to come to the register, then another 5 to make my small hot fudge sundae. now, i am here again. i pulled into the drive through on my way home from work because why not? there was two cars in front of me and i have been here IN THE DRIVE THROUGH for over a hour. this is insane they need to get better workers or just shut down in general.

My wife had to doctor my gravy because it was absolutely glue in styrofoam. The ice cream is always down by 6-7 pm. Which is ridiculous on a Saturday night. This happens all the time and they always say. It will be at 30 minutes to get ice cream. This location has to do better or ppl will move on and I'm 1 of them

When I found out there was a DQ near me I was excited. First time I went i waited approximately 3-4 minutes at the speaker to order. No answer at all. Finally I got my food and no gravy as I ordered the chicken tenders. They had given me ranch without even asking what I wanted . When I asked they told me they were running out but finally decided to give me some when I told them that’s the main reason I got the tenders. The gravy texture was real thick for some reason. I had to ask twice for my kids meal drink and for the treat that it comes with after they gave me my gravy. Then my mint shake that I ordered was brown and not green and I asked to make sure it was mint they said yes. It had a tad bit of green in it and tasted nothing like mint. Almost $4 for a medium. Not worth it at all. My time overall in line was about say 20 minutes max . It was a really bad experience. I’m very disappointed I wish they cared more about their customer service. It really lacks communication and they just seemed very lazy when I asked about my missing items. What a chore . I don’t plan on going back. It was not worth it. I’ll stick to Whataburgers tenders with gravy.

Highly disappointed. Order came out wrong twice before they got it all there. Got home and burger was still wrong. Chicken strip meal was less than desirable, bread was disgusting, and gravy was literally water. Fries were stale and cold. Will never come back to this location.

My tacos and nachos were stale chips and shells. My steak fingers were good and blizzard was yummy. My burger was thrown together and had to be taken apart and put back together
