A standout employee named Ruby was very helpful and showed me how to hookup, light check and de-couple the trailer before I drove off, she even helped me get the necessary ball and pin connectors installed. A wonderful person to deal with, I would do business at Diamond Storage again due to Ruby's wonderful attitude.

Had a 10ft Uhaul reserved for 1:30 today. Arrived at 1:25 to pick it up and no one was in the office and it was locked with no sign of when they’d return . Waited over a half hour and no one ever showed up or answered my calls. They called much later stating they were at lunch? Why have a 1:30 pick up time available if your employees are out to lunch? Waste of my off day off

I highly recommend Diamond Storage and all of its services. A very convenient location to serve the people of any of the surrounding cities. I have found cause to visit the property several times it is always clean, well maintained, and well managed. I am always greated with a pleasant smile. The D.S. team have a true customer first attitude. I recently rented a U-haul truck to move some furniture across town. It was a perfect experience from reservation to drop-off. Jennifer (property manager) was extremely helpful and attentive. She is a total sweetheart. Thank you for everything!! I'd like to add a sincere thank you to Ryan as well. If you are reading this, you can't go wrong with making Diamond Storage you're choice for U-haul or space rental. I'd bet even if you just stopped by they would make a complimentary cup of coffee for ya. :)

This place has the best customer service of any storage place that I've been to and I'm over 50 yrs old. I have seen hundreds of these facilities as I own a local moving company and have to deal with these storage companies frequently. Ryan Gregory and the rest of his staff are the best I have dealt with. They also have great prices and sometimes run specials where you can get a free month with no extra fees. The building is new and kept very clean. You cannot go wrong with this place.

Building a retirement home in nearby 'Manvel' and need a practical storage facility to handle some supplementary move items before this coming July, 2018. To my delightful surprise, Diamond Storage fits the requirement most accordingly. Traveled to facility this afternoon to check on available units & to my appreciation found what I was looking for with the help of two extremely professional & efficient site employees. Their names are "Jennifer" & "Nicole" who treated me with top notch respect, professional courtesy, answered all my questions, and provided two available units I rented at reasonable pricing. Overall experience I rate extremely positive with high notes for the gracious service offered by both Jennifer & Nicole. Thank you kindly again for your professionalism and personal attention to my rental needs!

I had an awesome experience with Diamon Storage in Manvel. Their staff is very professional and kind. They never hesitated to help me with any questions I had and went out of their way to help. I lost the key to my storage lock and a gentleman from Diamond Storage made a last minute late night trip to help me get into my storage unit. I highly recommend them and they will definitely be my first choice next time I am in need of a storage unit.

I've been searching for an affordable, safe and well kept keep storage facility for a couple months. I almost gave up until I found Diamond Storage. They were very helpful and nice when showing me the units. It was my first time renting a public storage and I had no idea what size I needed and they showed me each size I wanted to see even tho one was on the other side of the property I highly recommend this storage facility not only because of how great the place is, but also because Hezekiah was unbelievable! He made small talk and made the experience awesome. I felt like I knew him all my life. I told him what I was looking for and what I could afford and he hooked me up perfectly! I am telling all my family and friends about Diamond Storage Great place! Clean, bug free, always friendly, always willing to help. Prices are affordable. Ryan (owner) and the Gentleman that works the front desk are top notch honest folks. Always paying attention to every detail to make sure that you are taken care of. I have had my RV with them for a little over a year now, and while we were moving from house to house the folks at Diamond Storage took wonderful care of us while we were in a pinch no questions asked. As long as i am in the area, this is my storage place! Great prices and great people!

This place was awesome! Ryan was extra attentive and very polite and made the paperwork easy and fast so we could get to unloading. After helping us maneuver the Uhaul in, he walked us in and showed us around. He even offered us cold water as we were unloading, which was nice after being drenched from the heat. The place is very clean and easy to get to. Definitely would recommend.

Just placed an RV here last week-end and received excellent customer service. Great incentives for prepaid options. The place is clean, secure and easily accessible. Ryan and staff were very friendly and courteous. Access to 288 is so easy and quick, especially when pulling an RV.
