Tired of my packages being consistently late from this sorting facility. I have tracking info that says it was in Mooresville yesterday. I’m leaving out of town and expected my package yesterday! I’ll be paying them a visit today to pick it up myself. Beyond ridiculous you can’t ever reach an actual person. How are they able to operate with such terrible service? The reviews speak for themselves. They just hire anyone these days? If you hate your job that much DON’T work there. Seriously tired of the government jobs not giving a s***. Our taxes pay for these jobs & yet we’re treated like garbage. Maybe a formal complaint from enough ppl to corporate will do something about this. People rely on their mail when it’s expected to be delivered! No excuses to mis deliver bc your drivers are lazy.

I had a package that was priority mail and had some very confidential stuff in there and the mail person delivered it to the wrong house. Thank goodness the lady who’s house it went to returned it but this has happened multiple times, it’s ridiculous 🙄

Late bills, past due notices! Please make sure your employees can read basic numbers and words. You are ridiculous. Since Mooresville took over Mt Ulla things have been terrible. Running the mail is not for the mentally challenged community, they have work shops for that! Edit: the above review was posted 5 yrs ago. There has been no change! Last week, the scab postman tried to charge us $9 for a birthday card. Yes, it was an hour before lunch. It was a birthday card in a marked, postage paid, envelope.

They always find excuses to never deliver packages. What's the point in paying for the shipping of a large package just to have to pick it up myself. Then I get an email that the package "was delivered" when I picked it up myself. On top of everything else, one has to deal with their poor attitude. I guess they just don't care. This behavior is not what I expect from "heroes."

This is how I found my mail the other night. Went up to the post office to file a complaint and get some answers. Cheryl Overcash, the supervisor, came out and once I showed her the photo she got a smirk look on her face and her response was “you can get a bigger mailbox”. (I already have a larger mailbox compared to standard) That caused my annoyance to turn into an attitude. I have always had an issue with this as packages are hard to retrieve from my mailbox time to time. But for them to leave it open with the package exposed wasn’t acceptable. I stated the carrier appears to refuse to go down my driveway now that my neighbor has had her mailbox moved closer to her house with a turn around. Cheryl’s response was “they have over 700 houses to deliver to a day”. I do not care, that is their job!!!! They either need to do their job correctly or not at all. I’m not shocked if this is how supervision is ran.

On 12/09/2021 my car was hit by one of the Mooresville USPS mail ladies. Her name is Patricia Immordino. Although at the scene of the crash she was very sorry and clearly regretted what happened. I still have not heard back from anyone at the USPS to get my car fixed. I have spend countless hours on the phone trying to get someone to help me. I did receive a call from Mooresville USPS manager and she said she couldn’t do anything about it, that O had to wait. She literally said “this is the federal government, what do you expect? I can hear you whine on the phone for hours and that still not going to change anything”. Today is 02/09/2022, Two months later and I still haven’t received a solution and much less gotten my car fixed. USPS please do something about this!

Long time customer at this location and they always do their best to help and are ALWAYS friendly! Covid has been rough for all of us, and I am grateful for all their hard work during these trying times as they continuing to ship all my many packages everyday. Keep smiling - most of us appreciate you.

Went to return an defective item in the box it was shipped to me in... trying to be environmentally friendly... i just reused the box it was shipped it. Turns out that you CAN NOT ship using a flat rate box unless it uses a flat rate postage. What a joke. Its not like they SCAN THE BOX EVERY TIME to pull up where its going. Not only that but sometimes my neighborhood goes weeks without mail because they dont have anyone to deliver it. It also means we sometimes dont even get packages... we have to go pick them up. What an absolute joke. Defund the USPS.

I tried to drop off a small, pre-paid package that had not yet been taped up yet, and I was told I had to purchase my own tape and tape it up myself in my car. This was after I had waited in line for 20 minutes. Never in my life have I been told I have to purchase tape it up myself-- isn’t that their literal job?! This was a complete waste of my time. I went to the other post office down the road and they took care of my package happily. Go to literally any other post office.

Order a package. Package claims it's been delivered and left in my mailbox via tracking information. No package in my mailbox OR a slip informing me that there's anything at the post office waiting on me. This isn't the first time it's happened nor will it be the last. Previously I was expecting a package. Tracking showed it was delivered on a Monday. There was no pink slip informing me that it was at the post office until the following THURSDAY. The package was small. Tiny enough to be left in the mailbox without issues. This has been a constant issue with this post office, and it seems nothing is being done about it at all.
