Please do not do business with this company. I am paying for a queen bed and it is a full bed. They also keep trying to bill me when they are not supposed to. It has gotten so bad that I contacted my bank with the agreement showing what dates they can draft on and not to let any other transactions go through unless it is on the due date.

Rent a Center typically gets a bad reputation. the store in Mooresville does it's best to set themselves apart from those stories. The store, and merchandise is clean. The staff is professional, fun, and friendly. They carry quality products, which I appreciate as a consumer. If they dont have what you are wanting, they will look for it for you. If you are going to be late on a payment, they just ask that you communicate with them.

Step Dad got a washer and dryer from there for my mom and says it is paid off but they are still trying to say he owes money on it for the interest and once he pays off that interest then it will be his for good. This is all after them telling him that is was already paid off. I will not refer anyone hear after hearing what they did and said to my step dad. that's just bad customer service!

I have used the Mooresville Rent A Center location on several occasions for short term rentals and the entire team there is great to work with. Amy is always very friendly and Curt is always on top of everything on the front end with quoting rental prices.

Love the prices, love the payment plans. And I adore the staff. They are always so helpful and always trying to find you the best deal possible. I would reccomend everyone go to rent a center for any appliances, furniture, and electronics. They are the best.

Ridiculous harassment for being 2 days late on a TV payment after buying a couch and bedroom set from the same place. We had some little guy named Lamar wanted to come to my house and fight me for a 55 dollar payment lol ok! Never again will I do any kind of business with rent a center they are unprofessional and don't understand the concept of repeat business or word of mouth!

The employees here have always treated me very well, they have worked with me and bent over backwards to accommodate me more than once. Donna is a wonderful lady and is always super sweet and helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Great service! Friendly crew and management team! Though i had just walked in to window shop, a man named thomas was quick to see if i had needed anything and answer any questions i may have. I will be back in the very near future to get equipment from this location.

I am in the process of renting an LG 3D smart TV with the intention of purchasing from Rent A Center. First they didn't bring the remote or glasses and sent the glasses to me through an employee that lives in the same place I do, it took her 3 days to get them to me. Then the TV was having trouble syncing up the audio with the video and the sound would cut out from time to time, so they came out to get the TV to take it to the shop and brought me a reg, 3D LG TV the same size but no remote. He promised the girl that lived by me would bring it out but she didn't and I was all weekend without one. When I called to ask about it she was rude to me and said she was just being nice to bring it at all and hung up on me. I have asked asked for the manager both times I called but she was never there,I got a promise she would call back and she never did. So here I am making $150.00 monthly payments on a broke TV and a loaner with no remote and rude employees
