We love the no haggle experience. We had just spent 4 hours haggling at Lumberton Honda and left. We went straight to Champion Ford in Rockingham, NC and spoke with James Stanton. We told him what we were looking for and bought an SUV, no haggling. It was a calm, relaxed atmosphere and that's what we needed after leaving Honda. Everyone that helped us were laid back, friendly, and courteous to our needs. We are happy with our new SUV. We also had reward points we used to buy a cargo shade/cover. We have told numerous friends and family about our experience with Champion Ford. We will absolutely go back to buy from them again.

I met with two helpful salesmen, one named Ron, about placing an order for a vehicle. They referred me to a man named James who was sitting behind a booth in the dealership lobby. This man named James was rude, very unhelpful, and clearly did not care for my business. Avoid this place! Take your business to a dealership who values good customer relations and treats a customer with respect.

Called to inquire about a vehicle and was put on hold for 47 minutes. Called back and was put on hold twice more before getting an answer. Even if the vehicle I was looking for wasn’t marked up way over MSRP I wouldn’t do business with the dealership. Remember, once the economy declines, the customer base will to and customer service will be remembered when it’s a buyers market.

I don’t give 5 stars much only if they the best in there class. This dealership is awesome Tony and James treated me great. I’m here from Florida with work. I bought a truck here no pressure at all. They didn’t shotgun( run your credit multiple times) my credit. Tony ask me some question had a idea what I could get then ran my credit once I buy a lot of vehicles and they are the best give me a great deal. Got me financed in minutes and done. I will drive the 8 hrs to buy another one here. Great guys clean friendly helpful

James, Atari and Justin at Champion Ford made buying a car from out of state quick and super easy. Communication was excellent and they even went out of their way to drive my new vehicle 70 miles away to be picked up by an auto transport company. If buying a car remotely was this quick and easy, I can only imagine how amazing the in-person buying experience would be. Highly Recommend!
