Uninterested customer service, had to ASK for a menu AFTER the cook FINALLY arrived, because no menu was offered. The atmosphere had a "cliquishness" feel. Not very welcoming. I ended up finishing my wine, didn't order food and left.

We came here for the live music and it did not disappoint! What I love about the layout is there are several different bar areas, seating areas, and atmospheres under 1 roof. If you don't want to watch live music, go to the cool room, if you want the fresh air, go to the outdoor patio - either way, there's something for everyone. Now they will use a metal detector upon entry, and there's a minimal entry fee, so don't have your gun on you and make sure to bring some cash

I have a soft spot for this place so I'm probably biased but I always enjoy my time here. There's usually good people around and I love the live music plus the chill atmosphere, no pun intended. They do serve food but I think they stop at 11pm or midnight. My favorite is their chicken quesadillas. UPDATE 2022: The Big Chill is under new management and has changed quite a bit. There is a nightclub on the bottom floor and they revamped the outside seating area on the first floor. It is very different that what the regulars may be used to, but still has the Chill vibe and is a great place to hang out. Still has live music, food, a DJ downstairs and games to play with friends.

Loud, hot, and crowded.Poor service and a cover charge. Bouncer is huge, ugly, and smells. Paid the band 15.00 to do a anniversary announcement and they just put the money in their pocket and never said a word. Won't be back!

Came in on Trivia Night, the staff was awesome and Spa City Trivia hosted a great, entertaining, and challenging set of questions. Had a great time, will definitely come back.

I was accused of a fake ID after their scanner said it was real, I had multiple bartenders and the security guard say it was fake after long minutes of waiting. I wasn’t given much of a excuse by anyone other than it wasn’t “real”( why not call the police or take my fake id). The security guard and two bartenders I met are unprofessional completely. I run a very large successful businesses here, As a young man I feel disrespected and disappointed, Word will be spread. Keep your regulars.

Bartenders are great! Good liquor selection and good beer selection. Live band upstairs, live Dj down stairs. Place is very small and crowded but great atmosphere. $5 cover charge on Friday & Saturday!

The atmosphere and the aesthetic is awesome! Very comfortable seating, friendly staff, pool people. The music wasn't the best all the time but it wasn't bad at all! We had I'm glad and would definitely recommended to our friends family! Will definitely be back soon!
