I purchased an item on Friday, July 15th and somehow it got damaged the next day either by my operator error or equipment malfunction. I honestly don't know how it got damaged. I called the phone number for Best Buy in Hot Springs on Saturday and spoke to a lady about my issue. She was not a Best Buy, Hot Springs store employee but was a Best Buy employee. I explained her my issue and she told be that because I purchased the item within the 14 day return period that I could either get an exchange or refund. When I went to the store in Hot Springs, Arkansas to exchange the item I was told that because I didn't purchase a warranty then I couldn't get an exchange. I went and spoke to the manager and told him that I had spoken with a best buy person over the phone and she told me that I could get an exchange. The manager then decided to allow me to exchange the item. I don't know why I got two different answers from two different employees but I want to tell the Hot Springs, Arkansas store manager that I appreciate him allowing me to get an exchange. I get the feeling that the lady I spoke to the day before (over the phone) gave me some incorrect store policy information but I'm not certain about this. I have spent a lot of money the last two months at the Hot Springs, Arkansas branch and will continue to do so. Had the store manager not given me the exchange, I may not have shopped at this store much more (I Don't know). Anyway. Thank you store manager for what you did for me on Sunday, July 17th. Sincerely. A Best Buy customer.

Will never buy anything from them again!! Paid extra for delivery and haul away on a washer and dishwasher.. they never showed up we had to go get them..took 3 Hours!! We asked if we would get our money back or anything for all the trouble nothing!! Were very rude and do not care about their customers at all!!

Frisco did a awesome job with helping us finding the washer and dryer but we had a problem with getting what we want because the dryer was not in stock so he work with us through his lunch break and Dennis came he told him what was happening they both went work to get us what we need and they made it happen and me and my husband thank them both.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Did you know there is not a phone or computer in their service department to check the status of you device! Nope! No way to check the status! Third time to Hot Springs to pick up my device because I got an email saying it’s ready and I get here and the device isn’t even here!!! That’s when I found out there’s nobody to contact because the email I received is automated with no option to reply. So now, I get another email saying my device is ready so I drive back to HS to pick it up. Well it’s here, but not ready??? It might be ready by the end of the day. 🤷‍♀️ Jason - supposedly the manager is worthless and rude. DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY! I know better and should have gone elsewhere. I wouldn’t give them 1 star but it’s the only way to post this to warn others.

I had a great experience with this Best Buy in particular. I had to make a return and the guy who helped me plus his little trainee were very helpful and even went out to my car & carried in the big packages I had to return. There was another younger guy who helped me pick out another computer, and he was also very helpful and did not rush me at all, considering I am indecisive at times and don’t know anything about computers. Will not mind going back again for future purchases.

They had what I needed for decent prices. They heald my things for 2 years while COVID and the village heald up my houst being built and when it was ready, they installed the appliances. The delivery guys were polite and were knowledgeable when I asked about warranties and protection plans. Overall a great experience and I will buy more stuff from them when I need(want) more gadgets.

I'm very pleased with the products and customer service I receive from Best Buy. This purchase was online for store pickup and couldn't have been easier. All items were included, not out of stock even though they had low numbers at the store when I placed the order. The staff was helpful and I was out the door fast.

I would not buy any Electronics from Best Buy. The items on the Shelf in the prices are not lined up properly. The high watt stereos will burn out if you turn turn them up loud with floor standing speakers. This is because they do not have cooling fans in them. I also saw a program on TV that said they keep you on the naughty list if you take things back.
