I went there to see about getting a watch face repaired and a touch screen replaced on my Samsung Note 9. The gentleman there seemed quite knowledgeable and had OE parts available to replace the screen on my phone and the repair time would only be about an hour. He also gave me some other information that was helpful and things to think about. I will definitely go back!

I had the best experience after taking my phone to multiple repair shops Gadget Gator was the absolutely the best place I could have gone. My IPhone X plus I thought was a gone and all data lost. He treats every customer fairly wanting to help. I went to other repair stores who did not want to look at the phone and wanted to sell me a new one stating that if it keeps rebooting it would cost less just to buy a new one. I really wanted my data and pictures so I went around town until I found Gadget Gator. He was super quick diagnosing the issues and his prices are super reasonable. Much better than any other place in town. Thank you so very much for being super kind and also very technical in explaining the exact issues and really giving me an understanding mg of what happens under the case of my phone. This is the only place I would recommend to fix any device.

Ali was extremely kind. He went far above and beyond any service expectations I had and made me feel better despite the circumstances that brought me into his shop. I would recommend his store above any and all of the name brand carrier locations with representatives that don't know the first thing about the products they are selling or how to treat people.

Had a charging port fixed on a samsung s21+ after Verizon said it couldn't be fixed that I'd need to buy a new one. Gadget gator took care of the phone and was done in 30 minutes. Definitely recommend

If I could give 10 stars I would!!! I originally had my phone fixed here a few months ago. I came in with a dysfunctional lcd screen and it was fixed appropriately without complaint but the service could’ve been a little better. Today I went in not with any issues in the original phone but to sell a phone that i couldn’t use- but nonetheless the redeemed service I received was A1!! When the gentleman before fixed my screen, he left out several screws as well as the adhesive to seal the screen closed. Ali was honest about it and gave me exceptional service! He added the additional screws and adhesive and fixed my home button as a thank you for returning my service to his business. I even received a discount for the mishap before. The entire time I was there he gave me knowledge on my phone and answered every question I could think of. I will not be going any where else for my phone services & neither should you! Ali was extreme professional and friendly and knowledgeable in the service he provided. It’s very clear he understands and enjoys what he does and he takes the time to make sure his business is trusted. He was quick and efficient and I am satisfied! Thank you again!
