I was disappointed in the lack of helpful staff and the overall apathetic approach to my reasons for being at the store. It resulted in a two hour downtime for service, two calls to a support number, and a credited balance to my service from support due to the store's inability to find simple information.. and simple information being a complete payment amount with tax. I will be finding another location or circumventing the store all together. Also - you can only pay at a kiosk for EXACT amount.

Closed 45 minutes earlier than the time they have on the printed paper on their door for the month of July, July Monday the 11th states closes at 7 when they locked the door at around 6:15. A customer pulled up and the Verizon representative locked the door then, went to the back of the store and ignored her, who had knocked on the door trying to figure out what was going on. Didn't even get told we're closed or nothing from the worker.

Spent 3 hours in the store yesterday. Spent over an hour with customer support today. I am still unsure if my bill will even be correct. Bought 2 new phones and 2 new watches and manager Sandra said they did nothing wrong so she wouldn't even discount new phone cases or anything. Also you cannot even call the store directly.. ridiculous!

Got two great deals on new phones and got a better phone plan on top of that! 😁 The lady that helped us was awesome! Very nice to talk with and very knowledgeable about what we needed, and more. Did have a long wait, but honestly never thought of making an appt like some did. (During especially busy hours.)

Sandra and Josh are awesome. They helped me get new phones for my wife and mother in-law and got the most dollars in trade-in value for the old ones. Couldn't be happier with the products and service.

Switched to Verizon for cellular and home internet service. After purchasing a new iPhone and leaving the building I realize the phone is malfunctioning. After coming back in I am advised there will be a 2 hour wait just to look at the phone I had already waited hours for. Will be returning all hardware and dealing with someone who cares about customers.

We recently switched to Verizon… still in the process but the trouble all started here. Their system was having issues which I get happens. But in the process they put in our address wrong off my drivers license that they were reading. Didn’t verify it with me which I should have double checked but it took 3 hours in the store bc of issues so ya that didn’t happen. Phones shipped to the wrong address. I get an email saying our service has started. I go back into the store and explain what I think happened. They say they can’t fix it and I need to call customer service. They may have been busy but seriously no customer service to correct their issue. Spent 2.5 hours being bounced back and forth between sales and customer service when I called. In the end they couldnt my account info to correct the error and couldn’t help me over the phone lol. The store was unintentionally incompetent which happens… but what irked me was they didn’t even try to fix their issue in the store. We also ordered the phones because they said it would be a month till they would have stock and his was a nation wide issue. Interestingly the phones ended up shipping the next day, not that it mattered since the address was wrong. Ended up going to a different store to fix the issue. They had every phone in stock. So the hot springs location was wrong about that as well. In all I will prob spend around 15 hours because of this issue. Currently at a Verizon as I type this. Thus ends my novel. It was a tear jerker.

I had a very challenging situation regarding my account... However, Erica, Blaine and the other young lady who was present but I was unable to catch her name (sorry), were super-professional and assisted to the best of their abilities. Although NOT ONE of the products I came to the store to purchase was in stock, I would still definitely recommend a visit to this store, simply due to my interactions with the employees. 5 🌟 Erica(sp) was very kind, compassionate, understanding, sympathetic and knowledgeable; most certainly management material. I would consider all 3 employees with whom I interacted very valuable assets to the Verizon organization. Thanks Blaine, for the assistance with product selection. Thank you, Erica for the kind words, you're a one-of-a-kind employee and should be extremely proud of your customer service (and human interaction) skills. And...to the female customer who was in line with me...thank you for the kind words, as well!
