Excellent experience with Johnathan everytime we go to Beebe Verizon store. He is the best at what he does. I always wait for him if he is busy with someone else and has never failed to setup my phone's or fix a problem or issue I was having with my phone. He is the best.

This Verizon store gave me the best experience! Jonathan was very helpful and friendly! I was finished in a timely manner. Jonathan set up my account, transferred all my content, kept my current number, put the accessories on for me, AND actually told me about all the fees and ways to save! There is a restroom & seating. The music 🎶 made the store have a very nice atmosphere!

My sister and I were looking at getting another phone plan, so we were checking out all the options your dream home town have to offer which is cricket, Verizon, and AT&T. After speaking to Karen at Cricket, who was very informative and nice, we went next door to Verizon, we were not even greeted with a “how are you today?” Basic customer service introductions, instead the man with the blond hair throwing back m&ms said “there ain’t no free phones in here”, to which my sister replied do I look like I’m looking for a free phone and he said didn’t you just come out of cricket? Regardless of where we came from or where we choose to go from here I promise you it will not be Verizon wireless that was the tackiest, and rudest thing to say to someone looking to spend money at your establishment. He should not be in customer service at all.
