People should know this isn't a tmobile store but the girl was very nice and help me get my phone working again thank you

This store is a god sent. After running around norristown trying to find somone to help me with my phone this was the only store that took the time. The metro on markley st Is a joke no one knows how to work with cell phones and the one on main st was very rude. Absolutely recommend this location Barbara was nice and help me a bunch.

Very bad experience.i got my line with 50$ plan include hotspots.after 2 weeks i wanted to use the hotspot it didn’t work because the employee there forget to activate hotspot on my plan .they make me drive long to that area again.they don’t know how to deal with people.she didn’t even apologize just look at my eyes like :so what?!

Bought my phone at another store but I had to come get it set up at this location no one else helps you like the lady in here i Will never make the mistake of going anywhere else but here Barbara is amazing

the young woman here is a life saver because after having the worst experience of my life with the metro down main st next to McDonald s and little caesars I headed to this location desperately and wish i hadn't wasted my time with the other metro in the 1st place. Barbara went beyond the line to help me with problems with my phone and made it look so easy i was in and out in less then 15 minutes 5 stars to her service.
