Got this pretty gem in my tire and I thought I could cry! I didn't have time to drop off my car and no one was available to help but I had to get it fixed it was losing air pretty quick.. I stopped into smiths where I bought those same tires last year and was in and out in 40 minutes! I have been using Smiths since we moved to Jonesboro over 2 years ago and they are always ready to assist. They stay packed out yet work quickly and always have my car ready in no time.

rip off they over charge I had a power steering line replaced they told me it was a 2 hour job but took them 30 minutes and still got charged for 2 hours I'm never going back there they said these upper ball joints was fine smh now I have to replace the inner and outer tie rods because they didn't want to replace everything on the list and I have also stopped payments on the financing companies they used and also contacted the consumer protection agency along with the attorney Generals office apparently I'm not the only one who complained they won't make it right

Unbeatable customer service!!! I can't say enough about how wonderful these folks are. My husband and I pulled in with a low tire warning headed to the Dr. We were already running late and needed help quick. These guys got us fixed up and back in the road in record time. We even made our appointment! Thanks for all the help! Y'all are top notch!

Didn't get to another shop til now but come to find out that I need a outer tie rod end and a wheel hub which smith tire and auto told me everything was fine and tight I'm basically making payments through snap financial on half of the stuff that was done I asked them to replace the hubs tie rod ends and all ball joints they only replaced on tie rod end and cv axle but didn't do everything I asked I have been driving with a bad wheel hub at interstate speeds for 3 months or so they don't want to make it right avoid at all costs

Got an oil change here. They were very knowledgeable, timely, and did the work at a great price. When I'm in town, I'll be bringing my other vehicles here. They were honest, informative, and polite to the other's that were in front of me in line. I used to be a mechanic and didn't notice any kind of shady tactics; I actually noticed the opposite. Great job! One they started the oil change, it only took 15-20 minutes. They even reset my oil life indicator.

I had just had a bad experience at another place where I had scheduled an appointment and when I arrived from my appointment was told they did not have my tire even in stock. So I left there and thought I'll try Smith's tire and Auto because I had had recommendations for this place. I was greeted, staff was extremely friendly and helpful and within 30 minutes I had a tire already put on and they beat the price of where I was going to in the first place. I will definitely go back and I highly recommend this place.
